Mutant Theories

Postby ummm24 » 07 Jun 2011, 11:03

This is where we talk about mutants, like how a mutant is made, or is there more that one type of mutants. I'm sure that we will also talk about Bug, but lets please not be side-tracked by Greybane. This topic is about mutants, not unsung heros.
As a wise man once said, "You can't make an omelette without ruthlessly crushing dozens of eggs beneath your steel boot, and then publicly disemboweling the chickens that laid them as a warning to others."

Biggest question for me is: where did the mutants come from and how do they spread?

Mine is how do they survive. It just makes no sense considering the machines, vampires, zombies, plants and remnants of humanity, coupled with the fact that they're slow and (presuming Bugs troop was an exception) unorganized.

Did you see how wonderfully hard to kill they were?
The following statement is true. The previous statement is false.

'Poison' is such a harsh word. I prefer 'Potion of Shut the Hell Up.

You know what the best part about this weather is? The Zombies will freeze to death. Er... Undeath.

My guess is that they are immune to the zombie virus or are what happens when a human is a natural resister to it and can therefore eat dead zombies. Also they seem to nearly insta heal and are strong as BEEEPPP.

I think that mutants were created, through genetic alteration gone wrong (?), probably by the machines or the scientists.

Now that I think about it, Mutants might have a class system, the stupid ones being the workforce, and the more intelligent and self aware ones being the rarer upper classes (such as Bug or the RP Mutants).

But the RP ones are like impossible in the real comic, but what you said makes some sense. Like you know, Bug was ordering them around. But my guess is that are very few Bug-like mutants.

That, or the ones like Bug prefer to stay unknown and let the stupider Mutants do things for them, though the ones like Bug would still be rather rare.

If they were created by F.E.V. then they would most probably be sterile (HINT! HINT!).

That has to be the least subtle reference I've ever done.

What's next, I'm going to reference The Master?
